I really enjoy the due diligence. That’s our upfront where we spend a day at the club, we get to know the employees, we get to know the board, the search committee, and I really find that after that day, I really have a good sense of the culture of the club and what they really need in their next leader. It is a fragile time. The employees are wondering who their new leader’s going to be. The board has just retired, potentially a great manager. I’ve got to come in there, give everybody some comfort, and then also let them know that I am going to not only bring them a leader to equal value of their past leader, but someone maybe potentially even better.
