We have six offices all over the country. We don’t only just specialize in general manager searches, we also do assistant general manager searches, we do grounds superintendents, agronomist, golf professionals, executive chefs, and we have people that specialize and have done that job in the industry. I think our reach into each and every one of those areas really helps us. We also do some consulting. I think all of our backgrounds in the industry really helps because when we go into a club we know what to look for, we know where the problem spots are, we know how to fix things.
